Spa Policies

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:

We require a credit card at time of scheduling your appointment to reserve and hold your time. Spa Party’s require a 10% deposit of services booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a policy of 24hour cancellation notice for any cancelled or rescheduled appointments. “No shows” and late cancellations will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled.

GRATUITIES:

Rates do not include gratuities. All prices are subject to change without notice.  Gratuities are accepted by cash or credit card and 18%-20% of your service total before any discounts applied is customary and appropriate. Envelopes for tipping your therapist are provided at check –in desk.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our Medical products prescribed by your licensed professional, returns are done by scheduled consultation to determine and record reasons for return. We allow 30 days to make a return. Returns will be given in spa credit only, which can be used towards services or products.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Philosophy Wellness Spa Gift certificates are non refundable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, and therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. They are for service and products only and cannot be used toward gratuity. Gift certificates over 1 year old will be redeemable for the dollar amount applied towards services.
